To use on your personal websites. CREDIT MUST BE GIVEN!
To turn your commission into a physical image (ie: print out and make into a poster). My signature MUST remain on the artwork.
For character designs/adoptables, you MAY trade or resell the character, but it must be equal or lower to the price that you purchased it.As the commissioner, you are NOT allowed:To claim the artwork as your own.
Edit, trace, or copy my work (and definitely don't pay anyone to do it for you).
If there is a small change that needs to be done, NOTIFY me and I will see what I can do.
To resell for ANY kind of value whether it be actual currency or digital currency, or use it for any reason relating to crypto/nfts.
Do NOT use it with any AI program.If you are found disobeying the privileges in this ToS, action WILL be taken. You will be warned at first. For any further offenses, harsher action will be taken. This includes, but is not limited to, adding you to a black list where you can no longer commission or receive art from me for a set amount of time (or maybe even permanently).If you aren't sure about something or have any questions, feel free to contact me.
